Payment terms
For most projects over $1,000, I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your place in my schedule, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the first draft. The deposit reserves your place in my schedule and covers the upfront discovery, planning, research, and preparation required to begin the project.
For smaller projects or ongoing work arrangements, we can discuss alternative payment structures. Preferred payment method is ACH (direct deposit) or bank wire transfer. I can accept credit cards.
If we’re a good fit for each other, retainer agreements could be a good option.
