A note about the typical timelines. These are just average times and some projects may take more time or they may take less. It fluctuates for various reasons. For example, the sooner you can get the necessary basic materials to me, the quicker the turnaround.
The same goes for the revision/editing process. Projects that are complex or highly technical may take longer to do the necessary research and planning and editing. If a project requires interviews, the same applies. The longer it take to set up… you get the picture.

Custom Copywriting Fees for Project Packages
Need something that doesn’t fit neatly into the categories above? Let’s talk. I create custom packages for:

Payment Terms
For most projects over $1,000, I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your place in my schedule, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the first draft. The deposit may be used to secure the necessary materials I need personally to do the project. Things like code books, reference material, and the like. That’s all included in the copywriting pricing and fee.
For smaller projects or ongoing work arrangements, we can discuss alternative payment structures. Preferred payment method is ACH (direct deposit) or bank wire transfer. I can accept credit cards.
If we’re a good fit for each other, retainer agreements could be a good option.
