Thank you for requesting the Freelancer Minimum Rate Calculation Worksheet.
There are instructions included on the Expense and Rate Calculation sheets. The sheets are easy to fill in and you can use them any time your business or personal expenses change. For example, if a new car is in your future plans, use the calculator to add the monthly payments (including insurance) and find out how that changes your minimum hourly rate.
There are two downloads: one in Microsoft Excel 2016 format (.xlsx) and one in Microsoft Excel 1997 to 2003 format (.xls). If you have trouble opening and using one, try the other. Note: depending on your security settings, you may get a message asking if you want to enable the file. If you want to use it, click to enable editing.
Have an excellent day and here’s to your growing success!
